My data-driven, experimental approach enables me to collaborate effectively across teams, coaching them to quickly and sustainably deliver customer value and business results. Using customer obsession to continuously innovate.

As a key member of the award-winning transformation team at a large utilities provider, I've gained invaluable experience and insights into what it takes to drive successful change at scale.
